Jay is a graduate of Chamberlain University with a degree in Family Practice and a graduate

of Maryville University with a Post-Master's certification in Psychiatry. He is a dedicated

medical provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients of

all ages. Jay believes strongly that health care should be both accessible and personalized,

and he strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel

heard, respected, and confident in the care they receive.

Jay provides comprehensive medical services, including routine wellness visits, preventive

care, management of chronic conditions, and urgent care needs. Whether treating acute

illnesses, minor injuries, or supporting long-term health goals, he takes the time to listen to

each patient's unique concerns and works collaboratively with his staff and specialists to

develop thoughtful, effective treatment plans. Caring for infants, children, adolescents,

adults, and seniors, Jay values building lasting relationships with individuals and families,

with a consistent focus on clear communication, patient education, and empowering

patients to take an active role in their health care.
